Rintaro's friend group is the single most supportive and loyal group of guys. I love ts but holy lord, every character is an overly saccharine bundle of honey, always apologising for shit that doesn't matter or thanking profusely for holding the door open for them. the manga's a fun read but you'll have to accept that this doesn't take place on Earth, it takes place in the fuckin halmark christmas universe where no one's an asshole in any way, at all. even kaoruko's kikyo friends come around eventually. if this manga had a few characters that acted like fucking human beings once in a while it'd be a bit easier to read with eager eyes. but some of ...

This series is the definition of mediocre. Giving it a 1 star isn't really accurate I'd say its more like a 4 but it really annoys me how hyped up this manga and its future anime adaptation when it brings nothing other than good art to the table.
The plot is repetitive and really cliché
The characters aren't unique or relatable and they are overall quite bland. None of them seemed especially unique and all of them seemed super dry.
The romance doesn't really make sense and it barely progresses throughout the series (chapter 10 is the same as chapter 100)
